  Great family venue. Had my daughter's 7th birthday party. Tue staff provided great service and the kids prices are very reasonable.

  This restaurant has disappointed me so much. One the wait for the food is ridiculously long, but I honestly do not mind waiting extra for good food but this brings me to my second point. I ordered a chicken BLT a simple chicken burger. I have to say I've been more satisfied from a Maccas burger 4am in the morning than this. The 3 strips of chicken was fried with excessive oil dripping from it, the bun was old, stale, dry and crumbled in my hands before I'd even finished the burger, the tomato was old, stale and dry again as I discovered upon opening this disgusting burger. If I was a chief I would have been embarrassed to server that to anyone. My only regret is that I didn't take any pictures to show everyone this mess but I'm sure I'll get the same if I go again. The worst crime was that they had the audacity to charge some 20$ for it. Lift you game TGI. Do your self a favor and If you want to spend 30+ on a meal there are million better places to go. TGI is only good for drinks cause that's the only thing they can't ruin.

  8/6/2017 - It was my niece’s birthday yesterday and we booked a table for 10 so it can accommodate everyone. When we arrived, we were told by the receptionist to sit separately, 5 person each table, but we declined the request and told her that there was a big table behind the bar, and she said the section is not opened. I requested her manager to do us a big favour because we have 3 children with us and the manager wasn’t very helpful at all, didn’t bother to explain the situation to us, simply just asked the receptionist to let us know those 2 tables were available We were not very happy because we wanted to sit together to celebrate our niece’s birthday. At the end, we went to a local restaurant in Doncaster and the owner was very happy to accommodate everyone of us in big table. I was really disappointed with the customer service attitude because they have just lost our business – we would easily spent around $400 in the bill, but they didn’t appreciate that. I wouldn’t come back again to TGIF Doncaster, probably will try the one in South Yarra or Forrest Hill.
